Hey Guys! Welcome to my new blog here on the web! I will try and update my blog daily. Things here in Florida are going real well! Magic business has been real slow over the past year! I have been keeping myself busy with my new job! I work full time for Brighthouse Networks, Inc. We are a cable, phone and inernet provider. I work in the call center and really love my job! It has given me the oppritunity to really grow as a person! I have been able to get a few bills paid off, take a few trips and do somethings that I have been wanting to do for along time. I finnaly have my own lap top and I am wireless at home! Being wireless makes life alot easier! :-)
About three weeks ago, I had the oppritunity to take a trip up to Erie, Pa. I went up there for the Michael W. Smith Christmas Concert! I do have lots of pictures from the cooncert. If you would like to see them, click here. It was an AWESOME concert and a Life Chainging weekend! I am a member of his fan club called Friends Online. I have been a member for about a year now and have been very blessed! Being a member of Friends Online, has given me the oppritunity to mee some great friends, grow as a person and get my life streight with God! Below is a picture that I will treasure forever!
Yes, I got to meet Michael W. Smith LIVE in person for the frst time! GO SMITTY!! :):) There were about 30 of us from Friends Online that met in Erie, Pa. We had a great weekend of fun, fellowship and praise and worship! We also were very fourtunate to be able to get an offical "meet and greet" with Michael before the concert! We not only got to meet him, shake his hand but got also got a group picture as well. Check it out below:
I have never met him before and when I found out that we "all going back" to meet Smitty, I was soo excited! I called my mother and she was like "NO WAY!" LOL! ;-)It was truely a "life changing weekend!" A special "thank you" goes to Derek Spirk aka Spirkee for making the entire Smitty weekend possible! You D man Derek! ;-)
I will be going out to Tupelo, Ms, to see my mother for Christmas! This will be the first time in three years that I have been with family on Christmas Day! I will be out there for 2 1/2 days. Since I have Christmas Day off from work, I decided to go out to see my mother instead of staying here in Lakeland by myself. I will be out there for 2 1/2 days and fly back on December 28th. I have to be back at work on December 29th. I will be taking my lap top out to Tupelo with me. I will be able to check email, make changes and post a few pictures. So be waching this page for updates. As long as I can get a WIFI internet connection while I am out there, I will make a few postings. So be watching for any updates.
If you are looking for a good Christmas present to give I highly recomend picking up a copy of Michael's new Christmas CD called, "It's A Wonderful Christmas." You can get it anywhere CD's are sold. I recomend going to Familychristian.com or Musicchristian.com. Believe me when I say this, Smitty's new CD will Change Your Life Forever!
